This is my experience with Frontalis Sling Surgery in Evansville, Indiana at age 24. I have had 3 previous failed surgeries (levator resections in Indianapolis) and a macular hole repair in my right eye prior to this surgery.

I acquired ptosis at the age of 11 due to random muscle dysfunction.
