Through a survey of her peers and her own self-reflection, Hayley brings to light an issue that is a reality for students at her school and beyond. Hayley examines the inability of students to say 'no' and their constant feeling of not doing "enough", both toxic behaviors of high achieving students.

Hayley Griggs, a current junior, is passionate about being involved in her school and community. Since her freshman year, she has been involved in Sunny Side Up, Fellowship of Christian Students, and most recently been elected Vice President of National Honor Society, Science Olympiad, and Student Council. She has been a competition dancer since the age of 8, and hopes to continue to dance in some way throughout college. Between her busy schedule, she has been an honors student all throughout high school. Hayley is currently planning on majoring in Political Science and International Relations after her graduation from high school. Hayley hopes she can reach students like herself with her talk and introduce an idea she finds very important.
