We Just Could Not Make It😔 | Shillong Meghalaya Tourist Places | Makhane Waali Dal, Maggie & More

Hello friends, as our series of our trip to Assam and Meghalaya continues we bring to you part four of this trip. In this episode we travelled from Shillong to Guwahati by road. After a delicious breakfast at Cherrapunji we decided to visit the iconic living root bridges, But we could not make it due to the difficult terrain and lack of time. One has to climb down around 3500 steps to reach the bridges and then climb back. It takes a lot of time and strength. So on this occasion we decided to drop the idea but promised ourselves to come back someday.
We continued our journey and on the way we stopped for some hot and spicy Maggie at Dympep valley.
The next stop was at Nongpoh, where we had lunch at the famous Sardarji Da Dhaba. The food was great and we were surprised to get some authentic North Indian food in this part of our country.
After lunch we continued our journey towards Guwahati.
