Hi there and Thank you for watching and a big thank you to all that have pressed all the buttons. Well today i had a few hours to burn before work and there is a certain stretch of the River i really like. The weather was nice and cool for a little bit but was hot by the time i had to go to work. The Arkansas River was flowing at 550CFS, for this time of year that is low and makes the water hot fast. The moss has gotten really tall in the last few years making it hard to fish the bottom so you have to find a sweet spot in the current to drift without getting caught in a wad. The Keiryu rod worked Great today i was using the Keiryu Rod CO. TN Provo and it was making the work easy and has a great feel to it when you pulse flies in a heavy current. i was using my own hand tied flies all one off's but woolly bugger is the pattern.
