This arrived in a large branded box that opened at the top. Once opened there is a sleeved pack with the instruction manual, registration return, and safety guides. The manual is well laid out with a fully itemised picture of the floor cleaner detailing all parts on the first page, and it goes on through a step by step usage guide with detailed diagrams which are very easy to follow.

First impressions: I like that the water solution tank and dirty water tank are quick and easy to remove, empty or fill and replace. Both the brush rollers remove very easily so you can give them a really good clean when needed. The main handle slots into place and locks in making it non-removable after, which I didn’t like as it limits where you can store it and means you can’t repack into the box should you move. In my opinion this has a nice look to it with everything well finished and high quality.

After unpacking I put the battery on charge and had a good read through the manual, and once the battery was fully charged I was ready to give it a good test out. Most of our house is hard wood flooring or vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom and I went about cleaning it all.

This is fairly easy to use and maneuver with a button on the top of the handle to switch it on, and a pull trigger to control the cleaning solution flow. The battery slots inside, and locks with two push buttons, and a closing cover to the compartment.

I found the cleaning similar to vacuuming the floor with the difference of holding the trigger to release cleaning solution on the forward movement, and slowly drawing back to ensure it picks up the maximum of liquid. It did a really good job of cleaning the floors with the colour of the waste fluid confirming it had given everything a really good clean.

The self clean seemed to work well although you do have to be quick to press the self clean button after powering on to start this mode. The battery charge lasted for around 18 minutes but also included putting it on self clean and dry roller, and I found this was just enough to clean all the floors.

Overall in my opinion this does a really good job of cleaning hard floors, and I like that everything is very easy to remove for cleaning and emptying. I didn’t like that the main handle is non removable after initial fitting but apart from that I was impressed with this hard floor cleaner.
