EP 13 Tarkarli to Vengurla | Devbagh Beach |Tsunami Island | Maharashtra Tourism

This is 13th episode of our 15 day Konkan tour, we started our journey of Coastal Mahrashtra from Mumbai, explored Raigad district, then Ratnagiri distric then we finally reached Sindhudurg district.

Journey dates - 17th sept to 2nd October 21.
Following are the details of this particular day, which we had spend in Sindhudurg district.

Devbagh beach -.Hired a boat for Devbagh Beach & Tsunami Island. Sangam point - confluence of Karli river & Arabian sea

Location - place from where we started our boat ride.

Tsunami Island - We did water sports at this island.

Mumberkar Snacks - Usal Pav & Vada Pav.

Vada pav - Rs 15, Usal Pav Rs 30

20 km from Tarkarli - Chipi Airport, 525 km from Mumbai. Only flights from Mumbai operate form this airport.

Bhogte Mess, Mhapan Vengurla - It is small eatery which is quite popular, we had our lunch here. We ordered - Prawns Thali rs 300 per person.

Vengurla LightHouse - Scenic view from Lighthouse was awesome, Vengurla Beach - From light to the beach, there is 150 steps

Vengurla Port - This port is not operational, if you wish to buy fresh fish you can get it from here. You can also do fishing.

Vengurla Night stay at Hotel Gajali, near Vengurla Jetty point. Rs 4000 for double occupancy.
