In this video i'm going to show you guys how to increase Missions/Campaign Speed in Red Alert 2 and Yuri's revenge cause you can only change speed in skirmish or online games.
Just Create a shortcut to the desktop of .exe file and edit the properties by adding "-speedcontrol" to the target.
