Maury Povich Show - Angie Dickinson, Shelley Fabares & Alzheimer's (1992)

Maury devotes an entire episode to Alzheimer's Disease and welcomes special celebrity guests Shelley Fabares and Angie Dickinson, each has a relative diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

Joining them (at 27:00) is Nancy Myatt. Nancy's father, John Kingery, made the news after he was abandoned at the Coeur d'Alene Greyhound Park in March of 1992 by Nancy's stepsister. Nancy hadn't seen her father since 1964 and she had assumed he was dead. Imagine Nancy's surprise when she saw him on the evening news and learned he had Alzheimer's.

Also on stage is Dr. Robert Butler, from NY's Mt. Sinai School of Medicine.
