This video just goes briefly over four different code challenge websites.

First, I cover LeetCode and discuss how it is a bit more black and white and focused on textbook style academic questions. Minimal hand holding and a focus on Big O.

CodeWars - a bit more handholding, but problems have more of a story to them. Ranking of the challenges (Kata's) is a level of Kyu with 1 being hardest and 8 being easiest. Hard to describe, but challenges are a bit different than LeetCode.

HackerRank - this is less of a challenge website and more of a 'learn to code' website that will incrementally take you through simple to advanced ways to process lists, strings, core data types, etc. It starts the bar lower than LeetCode.

CodeInGame - The puzzles on this website differ greatly from those on LeetCode. A problem could be to make an algorithm for a game to shoot missiles at enemies or to fuel an engine so it won't collide with other cars during a racing game. There are also 'live' coding challenges with other programmers. Really cool to see how others solve the same problem in real-time.

Lastly, I will say that I have no favorite, they all have a time and place based on what you are looking to achieve.
