Have you ever sought more inner clarity, certainty and how to go through your day with a sense of calm and ease?

My next guest @kat.hecht is a Podcast Host and Freedom Lifestyle Coach. She coined that term when she realized that time, location, and inner freedom in order to create a life she loved were important and integral to her. She loves to travel and see the world and her freedom lifestyle has allowed her to spend half the year in her native Europe and half in New Zealand.

When I met Kat just over a year ago, I was struck by her calm and grounding energy. She is unflappable. And when I asked her about it, she walked me through her morning routine, which is non negotiable. Given she is in different locations throughout the year, this is the one constant she uses as her inner anchor. It’s changed over time, but it is one thing she uses to help her ground into herself. “Routines are meant to support you and feel good. They’re to help you destress.” We filmed this episode just over a month ago. She’d just returned to Europe from New Zealand and had just recorded a podcast about 5 methods she used in order to remain calm while having to leave New Zealand very quickly when the Covid pandemic hit. She also provides some quick tips to get started in your own morning routine.
