I skied with my Dad and his friend down Roller Coaster in Blue Cow. We accessed the run by going up the Interceptor chairlift in Perisher, then skiing down the run into Blue Cow past the Pleasant Valley Quad chair.
Roller Coaster is a great blue (intermediate) run and very much lives up to its name. It's a fairly long run by Australian standards and is reasonably wide. There is snowmaking on the run but the lower part of the run is the lowest point in the ski resort meaning the snow can be a bit soft on warmer days.
