This 50-minute didactic is an abbreviated version of a faculty development curriculum for novice simulation educators created by the SAEM Simulation Academy. Through facilitated discussions and debriefing roleplay, participants will develop the tools to lead debriefings and incorporate critical elements of best debriefing practices in their future simulation education.
