Metro makes changes after operator removed over alcohol, fatigue concerns

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is working to clear the air about its identification and management of fatigue risk and its drug and alcohol program after a Metro train operator claimed he was drinking alcohol and had not slept ahead of an overtime shift.
