Homebuyers, builders and all other stakeholders including Financial Institutions will participate in the day long conclave, says Rajive Kumar, Chairman, U.P.RERA. Speaking exclusively to R&M TV, Kumar informed that conclave comprises 5 sessions apart from the inaugural session. Detailing the sessions Kumar said Session I will be on Addressing Challenges & Moving Forward in Real Estate, Session II will be on the Financial Requirements of the Real Estate Sector, Session III will discuss Real Estate Regulatory & Legal Framework, the topic for Session IV is Interface between RERA & Related Government Agencies and the last session will be on RERA Implementation - Consumer Perspective. “We will also have interaction sessions with RERA Chairpersons of all States which would help all in gaining knowledge from each other’s experience, which in turn help in moving forward”, said Kumar.
