Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio - Why this Italian super saloon is both fantastic and frustrating!!

Alfa Romeo - quite possibly the most romantic and emotionally charged car brand of them all. Perhaps even more so than Ferrari. Yet for all the romanticism attached to the Milanese firm, there has always been disappointment with every car launched. The Giulia that came along in 2016 is possibly the one that came close to greatness, especially in the performance orientated Quadrifoglio guise. But with the continuous developments from BMW's M department, the motorsport steeped halls of AMG and down in Inglostadt with Quattro Gmbh, the competition has always remained one step ahead. But the Giulia has had a little nip here and a tuck there, and now Alfa say that this is the car to beat. Is it? Time to find out.....
