BUT ALWAYS A CONVENTIONAL OIL in these little automatic 110cc Chinese Honda Clone Engines. The colder your climate is, you may want to go to a 10-30w Oil. BUT REMEMBER A CONVENTIONAL OIL. NEVER USE SYNTHETICS IN THESE CHINESE AUTOMATICS!!! Synthetics are designed to reduce friction and the way that is achieved is by having the carbon molecule where it will not compress, and it says perfectly in a sphere. The clutches in these units require friction, therefore, the oil has to work to create that energy the clutch needs. Conventional oils the carbon molecule will compress and achieve just that. Brand names are really immaterial because you need to change the oil regularly. I advise our customers to change the original break in oil within 30 min to 1 hour. Then the next oil change should at 8 hrs riding time, then 16 hrs, and then 25-30 hours thereafter. Remember, most of these 110cc units, will only hold approximately 700ml. Having said that you will have 300ml remaining in the quart when you change the oil. Do not overfill or you run the risks of busting some of your gaskets and have oil coming from various areas. Also consider 4 oil changes the break-in period. During the break-in period setting the governor at half-throttle is strongly recommended. Also, never jumpstart or quick boost, trickle charge the battery with 2 amps or below anywhere from every 10 days to 2 weeks. Keep the chain lubed and adjusted and use ethanol-free gas whenever possible.
