Onboard video from two cameras released by the Regional Transportation District shows that a bus driver traveling southbound on Parker Road ran a red light before striking an SUV on Aug. 25, 2022, in the intersection at Orchard Road. The bus and SUV slid into northbound traffic, causing a multiple-vehicle pileup that injured four people, including the bus driver. Police and internal reports suggested the driver was fatigued.
