In this video, we decided to treat ourselves to one of our favourite styles of Chinese food: Xi'an Food!

Known for it's bold flavours and spice, Xi'an food often doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Luckily for us, Vancouver's diverse Chinese population gave us an opportunity to explore this regions food in more detail. LETS GO!!
