porter peach festival & operation stray dog rescue

hello everyone!

this is a vlog that i've been wanting to film for so so long! we have put off going to the porter peach festival for too long, so we finally decided to go and check it out. it was a nice way to get out of the house on a day that actually felt nicer than most other days all summer. i wish i tried more peach-related foods, although i did drink my body weight in peach lemonade.

aside from the events of the festival, we found a cute lil guy named simba wandering around the streets at night on our way home from watching a movie. he gladly leaped into our car, and since then we've made genuine efforts to try and find his owner. it seems like he's been neglected though, so once his case becomes one of abandonment, we are going to try and work with any local rescue that will allow us to foster him until he can get adopted through said rescue. please wish us luck!!
