❤ Ingredients:
Bear in mind that when buying water leaves, the fat stalks will make it look like a big bunch. Measure based on already plucked and sliced water leaves and already sliced afang leaves
2 parts of water leaves
1 part of afang leaves
Goat meat or beef
stock fish
dry fish
cow skin (ponmo, kanda)
crayfish
generous palm oil
seasoning cubes
periwinkle
yellow/red habanero peppers
salt (to taste)
