Arms dealer Sanjay Bhandari will be extradited to India from United Kingdom after the Westminster Magistrates Court in London ordered. Sanjay Bhandari is wanted in cases related to tax evasion and kickbacks in an arms deal. The Westminster Court ruled that there are no bars to the extradition and it is satisfied that prima facie case has been made against Sanjay Bhandari.
Following his extradition, the arms dealer will face the courts in India on matters regarding money laundering and tax evasions.
