S7 1200 1215C Dc Power Supply And Input /Output Wiring
"In this small video, Someone has asked about wiring, so I'd like to discuss the basic wiring of the Siemens S7-1200 series CPU 1215C DC/DC/DC. I am also someone who started learning from the basics, so this is intended for those who, like me, don't know where to begin. If you want to know the topics in thorough detail, I would like to say that you should attend and study PLC training courses.

What I have set up here is the most basic structure—the construction of a DOL starter. By watching this small video, you can understand the input-output wiring of Siemens PLCs, how to handle sink/source, and how to handle transistor outputs in your factories or ships.

First, there is a 24V power supply terminal.
Two buttons are installed for start and stop.
Then, one end of the start button is connected to 24V+, and the other end goes into the PLC's input I1.
Next, the stop push button is also connected with one end to 24V+ and goes into the PLC's input I2.
The common point, 1M, is connected to the power supply's (-) to set it as a sink input. For more detail about sink/source connection , you can watch my previous videos on PLC and VFD.Checked the playlist below description.

Looking at the output side of the PLC, 4L+ and 4M- are connected to the 24V power supply.
Then, from output terminal Q0, it connects to one end of the relay coil.
The other end of the relay coil is connected to the negative terminal of the power supply.
One end of the 24 V relay’s Normally Open (NO) contact is connected to one end of the magnetic contactor coil that will drive the motor, and the other end of the NO contact is connected to the line (L) of the 220V power supply.
The other end of the220V magnetic contactor’s coil is connected to the neutral (N) of the 220V supply.
When the magnetic contactor’s coil receives power, it will close, and the motor connected to its pole contacts will start running.
I will draw a small diagram and explain detail wiring in next slide.

2.1Mကို (-)နဲ့ဆက်ပေးပါ။inputတွေရဲ့ဘုံငုတ်မို့လို့ပါ။
3.Start ခလုတ်ကို 24Vအပေါင်းနဲ့ဆက်ပြီး I1 Input pin ထဲကို ဝင်ပါမယ်။
4.Stopခလုတ်ကိုလဲ 24V (+)နဲ့ဆက်ပြီးရင် input ငုတ်2နဲ့ ဆက်ပါမယ်။
Commonစဖြစ်တဲ့ 1Mကို အနုတ်(-)ပေးပြီး Inputတွေကိုအပေါင်းစနဲ့ချိတ်တာကို sink input လို့ခေါ်ပါတယ်။Current ကအပြင်ကနေ Inputကိုဖြတ်ပြီး PLCထဲကို စီးသွားလို့ပါ
Sourcing Input:ကို လုပ်ချင်ရင် PLC input common(1M) ကို +24V (အပေါင်း) . ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီး Input signal ကို0V (အနုတ်) နဲ့ချိတ်ပါ။ (Current က PLC ထဲက ထွက်သွားလို့ပါ)

ဒါလေးကို ပုံလေးဆွဲပြီး ထပ်ပြောပါမယ်။
