Currently, there are several evolving technologies attempting to instantly age alcohol, but are the results amazing - a nightmare - or something in between? In this episode we get down and dirty with a simple Ultrasonic "Rapid Aging" experiment with 16 different samples in an ultrasonic cleaner.
