Decathlon France is a sports goods superstore found throughout France and in the UK, within this life in France video, I visit the Decathlon sports store at Lorient to show you what's being sold.

Just as close to Decathlon Lorient from my home is the French sports store Decathlon based in Vannes, I have also been to the Decathlon sports store at Nantes which is the biggest to date that I have shopped at and is massive. You can find a Decathlon magasin throughout France.

Decathlon was founded in 1976 and now with over 1647 stores in nearly 1000 cities in 57 countries and regions aound the world, it is the largest sporting goods retailer in the world.

Decathlon has 93,000 employees worldwide and in 2017 showed annual revenue of $12.8 Billion.

In the UK I have also visited the Decathlon sports store based at Lakeside Thurrock.

Decathlon France has these massive stores which cater for most sports but you can also order online with Decathlon.

We have bought all our free weights for our gym at Decathlon via their online shopping in addition to bikes, archery kits, badminton kits, and fishing equipment.

From dressing up our children for the beach you can find clothes for all weathers and sports at Decathlon.

The Decathlon store at Lorient has just had a major refit and to be honest I find it very unorganized at the moment and seems rather low on stock and choice of sporting goods.

In the other Decathlon stores, I have visit they just seem to offer so much more from windsurfers, Kayaks, shooting, and equestrian equipment.
