Setting the squeegee pressure on your MHM Automatic

Every automatic is set up a little different on how they print just from the mere fact of their design. Some require more squeegee pressure than others, some work a little better with more angle. But if you have an MHM, each MHM works in the same fashion. Getting the squeegee pressure correct is going to allow you to lay the ink on the top of the garment and not mash it into the fibers. Tony Palmer, Palmprint goes over how to set up your press with the correct squeegee pressure for your job. It isn't the same all the time based on the tension of your screen, the mesh count, the ink used, etc. But following the same process as Tony describes in this video will help you and all the operators of your press achieve the same consistent results.
