Is SimCity 2013 better than Cities Skylines 2?

Welcome back to Shelley Skylines! Today we're dusting off the cobwebs and revisiting SimCity 2013. I was pleasantly surprised when diving into this game again, and I think there are some really great aspects to the game that would be a great addition to Cities Skylines 2.

Mayor Note: At the start of the video I did reference some of the recent CS2 'hoo ha' and I want to make a disclaimer that I fully support all of these creators, in fact a lot of them are my absolute favourites!
