Sharing my workflow when making milk based drinks with the Profitec Go. I usually drink cortados, but occasionally I'll make a small latte as well and I've found this machine to be great at steaming milk. It doesn't take long for the Profitec to get up to steam temperature, and it's capable of producing very good micro foam that competes even with commercial machines.
