**Pan-fried pork chop recipe**

Ingredients:
Pork chop x 5 pieces (800g)

Vegetable Marinade Sauce:
Celery x 2 small pieces
Spring onion x 2 pieces
Brown onion x half pieces
Dried shallot x 1 small piece
Ginger x 4 slices
Water x 100ml

Seasoning:
Soy sauce x 3 tablespoons
Cooking rice wine x 2 tablespoons
Sea Salt x 2 teaspoons
Sugar x 2 teaspoons
Black pepper powder x 2 teaspoons
Garlic powder x 1 teaspoon
Smoked Paprika powder x 1 teaspoon
Bay leaf x 4 pieces

Method:
Step 1:
Prepare Pork Chops:
Wash the pork chops with cornstarch, then add water to soak the pork chops for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, dry the pork chops with a kitchen cloth, then use a meat hammer to loosen
both sides of the pork chops

Step 2:
Prepare the vegetable marinade sauce:
Chop celery, brown onion, dried shallot, spring onion, ginger and then add 100ml of water, put
them into a blender and blend well for later use

Step3:
Marinade Pork Chops:
First, put all the seasonings into the pork chops and massage for a few minutes, then add the
vegetable marinade sauce 250g and mix well to marinate for about two hours or better overnight

Step 4:
Prepare pan-fried Pork Chops:
Take out the marinaded pork chops from the refrigerator, rinse the marinade pork chops with
water, and then wipe off the moisture with kitchen paper. Fry on high heat for 30 seconds, then
turn to low heat for about 2 to 3 minutes, using the same method to reverse the other side.

It tastes great with some Peri Peri hot sauce
