Welcome to Yaar Tech. This is an example of a project where we created an approval workflow process and centralized a widely scattered expense information under one central cloud data base.
To meet the centralize the database requirement , we created a business mobile app using power apps, using which, multiple users can input their business expenses and send it for approval to their managers.
Once submitted, the approval request comes via email, giving details on who initiated the request and other request details.
The approver can approve the request in the email body itself as shown here.
Once approved, the requester receives an email alert on the status of the request.
Users can view all their requests and status of their requests under one window.
