ITZY “SNEAKERS” M/V REACTION

I am a serious clown but I’ll own it lol Why did I think that it would be ay different this time around is beyond me but oh well.
Initially hearing the snipped I was kinda torn and after listening to the whole song I got even more torn … I don’t know if I like it because I actually like it or it’s because I’ve heard that snipped so many times already. Like I can’t move on from the fact that sensation of feeling torn but I also know that many of their songs had to grow on me before they finally become amazing in my head. I can say already that I know I’ll eventually end up loving this because it’s so fun and addictive, brings up my childhood memories and good vibes. Super hip and fresh and that’s why I say that this song is almost the perfect mix of their b tracks and their title tracks. It’s also reminding me of “swipe” and “20” in a way because of the “old hip hop sound”?
I love love love the royal concept they sported here and I wouldn’t have minded them keeping it all throughout because it’s showing how they’re basically breaking the codes with them wearing sneakers while being royalty who has o follow a certain etiquette and that move is like the check mate when playing the chess. You expect them to do something but they’re catching you off guard and they won the game. That’s brilliant honestly. They looks fantastic and visually speaking this era is exceptional! The song is still making me feel torn though lol Time will tell how it grows on me.
