मारकुस - 4:1-9,13-20
वह फिर झील के किनारे उपदेश देने लगा: और ऐसी बड़ी भीड़ उसके पास इकट्ठी हो गई, कि वह झील में एक नाव पर चढ़कर बैठ गया और सारी भीड़ भूमि पर झील के किनारे खड़ी रही।
मरकुस 4:1
AND again he began to teach by the sea side; and a great multitude was gathered together unto him, so that he went up into a ship, and sat in the sea; and all the multitude was upon the land by the sea side.

और वह उन्हें दृष्टान्तों में बहुत सी बातें सिखाने लगो, और अपने उपदेश में उन से कहा।

And he taught them many things in parables, and said unto them in his doctrine:

सुनो: देखो, एक बोनेवाला, बीज बाने के लिये निकला!
मरकुस 4:3
Hear ye: Behold, the sower went out to sow.
Mark 4:3
और बोते समय कुछ तो मार्ग के किनारे गिरा और पक्षियों ने आकर उसे चुग लिया।
मरकुस 4:4
And whilst he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the birds of the air came and ate it up.

और कुछ पत्थरीली भूमि पर गिरा जहां उस को बहुत मिट्टी न मिली, और गहरी मिट्टी न मिलने के कारण जल्द उग आया।

And other some fell upon stony ground, where it had not much earth; and it shot up immediately, because it had no depth of earth.

और जब सूर्य निकला, तो जल गया, और जड़ न पकड़ने के कारण सूख गया।

And when the sun was risen, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away.

और कुछ तो झाड़ियों में गिरा, और झाड़ियों ने बढ़कर उसे दबा लिया, और वह फल न लाया।
मरकुस 4:7
And some fell among thorns; and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit.

परन्तु कुछ अच्छी भूमि पर गिरा; और वह उगा, और बढ़कर फलवन्त हुआ; और कोई तीस गुणा, कोई साठ गुणा और कोई सौ गुणा फल लाया।
मरकुस 4:8
And some fell upon good ground; and brought forth fruit that grew up, and increased and yielded, one thirty, another sixty, and another a hundred.

और उस ने कहा; जिस के पास सुनने के लिये कान हों वह सुन ले॥
मरकुस 4:9
And he said: He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Mark 4:9
फिर उस ने उन से कहा; क्या तुम यह दृष्टान्त नहीं समझते? तो फिर और सब दृष्टान्तों को क्योंकर समझोगे?
मरकुस 4:13
And he saith to them: Are you ignorant of this parable? and how shall you know all parables?
Mark 4:13
बोने वाला वचन बोता है।
मरकुस 4:14
He that soweth, soweth the word.
Mark 4:14
जो मार्ग के किनारे के हैं जहां वचन बोया जाता है, ये वे हैं, कि जब उन्होंने सुना, तो शैतान तुरन्त आकर वचन को जो उन में बोया गया था, उठा ले जाता है।
मरकुस 4:15
And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown, and as soon as they have heard, immediately Satan cometh and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.

और वैसे ही जो पत्थरीली भूमि पर बोए जाते हैं, ये वे हैं, कि जो वचन को सुनकर तुरन्त आनन्द से ग्रहण कर लेते हैं।
मरकुस 4:16
And these likewise are they that are sown on the stony ground: who when they have heard the word, immediately recieve it with joy.

परन्तु अपने भीतर जड़ न रखने के कारण वे थोड़े ही दिनों के लिये रहते हैं; इस के बाद जब वचन के कारण उन पर क्लेश या उपद्रव होता है, तो वे तुरन्त ठोकर खाते हैं।
मरकुस 4:17
And they have no root in themselves, but are only for a time: and then when tribulation and persecution ariseth for the word they are presently scandalized.

और जो झाडियों में बोए गए ये वे हैं जिन्होंने वचन सुना।
मरकुस 4:18
And others there are who are sown among thorns: these are they that hear the word,
Mark 4:18
और संसार की चिन्ता, और धन का धोखा, और और वस्तुओं का लोभ उन में समाकर वचन को दबा देता है। और वह निष्फल रह जाता है।
मरकुस 4:19
And the cares of the world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts after other things entering in choke the word, and it is made fruitless.

और जो अच्छी भूमि में बोए गए, ये वे हैं, जो वचन सुनकर ग्रहण करते और फल लाते हैं, कोई तीस गुणा, कोई साठ गुणा, और कोई सौ गुणा॥
मरकुस 4:20
And these are they who are sown upon the good ground, who hear the word, and receive it, and yield fruit, the one thirty, another sixty, and another a hundred.
