Hi everyone,
I had a fantastic day meeting the vegan tennis gang and playing tennis for 2 hours at The Connaught tennis club in Chingford, Essex . Then we had a delicious vegan lentil bolognaise and coffee with oat milk and soft drinks . Such a lovely bunch of people . Who were super fit , great tennis players and just lovely caring people . This vegan community is growing big and fast . We have many groups with lots of fun activities, you can check them out, on facebook Vegan Gang group .
