Blender Quick Tip: Storing selections with the free add-on "Forgotten Tools"(Blender Tutorial)

In this video we will have a look at how you can store polygon, edge, and vertex selections in Blender using a free add-on called the "Forgotten Tools". I think this might be particularly interesting for those of you who also work with software like 3ds Studio Max or Cinema 4D, where storing selections is a bit more comfortable than in Vanilla Blender.

Before using the add-on I will show you how to store selections in Blender without any plugins (the first five minutes or so of the video), and in the second half of the video we'll be using the "Forgotten Tools" to store selections. At the end of the video we will use the stored selections and assign materials to them.
