'Aatma Ki Yatra' के इस खास Episode में इस बार हमारे साथ जुड़ी हैं, Pyramid Master Alka Choudhary जी। जो साल 2009 से Meditation कर रही हैं। ये Delhi University में Assistant Professor है। इस Episode में उन्होंने हमारे साथ अपनी Spiritual Journey Share की है।

Alka जी College के समय में ध्यान से जुड़ी थी और आज अपने अनुभवों के बल पर दूसरों को ध्यान सिखा रही हैं। ध्यान ने इनके Academic Result को बेहतर करने में इनकी बहुत मदद की है। Meditation से ही इन्हें अपना Purpose of Life मिला। Upsc की Aspirant रह चुकी Alka जी जब अपने जीवन के सबसे मुश्किल सफ़र से गुजर रही थी तो Meditation की Help से ही इन्हें अपनी समस्याओं का समाधान मिला।
बचपन से ही Spirituality की अच्छी समझ रखने वाली Alka जी अपने भाई की मृत्यु को Accept नहीं कर पा रही थी, उस समय Meditation ने ही उन्हें उस दुःख से निकलने और अपने भाई की Death को Accept करने में मदद की थी।
