I was asked on an online forum whether my GI 275 displayed a magenta line on the HSI Map or MFD Map pages when flying a hold while the 530W does. I did a flight to show how it actually displays the course reversal/hold as the active leg with a magenta line. Also delineated what needs to be done to enable this to work. It does the same in a hold after a missed approach as long as it is kept as the active leg (SUSP is active on the 530W).
