The Merrell Trail Glove 7 is the next iteration of a minimalist shoe to debut in Merrell's popular Trail Glove shoe line.

This model has received a lot of mixed feedback due to its slightly higher stack height and somewhat narrowed width with a little arch. As a fan of most Merrell shoes, I was excited to put these to the test.

Here's the thing, I don't think everyone will love the Merrell Trail Glove 7, but I've enjoyed their performance for the most part.

I personally like the fit of this model and I've enjoyed that they have a bit more stack height for comfort and foot protection reasons.

That said, if you have exceptionally wide feet or love TRUE minimalist trail shoes, then you'll likely want to pass on the Merrell Trail Glove 7.
