I lost 45lbs (and have since maintained) by living a more active lifestyle, and choosing healthier meals/ingredients. I tend to since eat higher protein, lower carb/sat. fats/sugar. -- Breakfast: yogurt parfait
Fage 0% plain greek yogurt, fruits (today i had blueberries, blackberries and rasberries) a little bit of honey and sprinkle granola on top to add some crunch!
-- Lunch:
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning, 1 Yellow Onion

I tend to try to pre-plan my meals, and not snack when possible ;)
however, If i do snack it will typically be something similar to an adult lunachable/mini charcuterie... my go-to's are either:
fruits/veggies
almonds
pickle chips
protein shake, or bar
yogurt
hard boiled egg
apple and peanut butter
In the morning i will drink coffee with creamer & ice water along with my breakfast.... I drink A LOT of water each day. this is my usual drink of choice. (i also like flavored seltzer water.)
Skip the juices/specialty coffee drinks, etc that are loaded with sugars and carbs.
