The new colour was first showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo alongside the matte red shade and is in fact brighter in person, than what it looks like in the images. The new colour extends to the fuel tank, front and rear fender, headlamp cowl as well as the radiator shrouds. The contrast yellow shade complements the black panels across the bike rather well.
Apart from the new colour scheme, Mahindra has not made any changes to the Mojo recently. The tourer continues to draw power from the 295cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine tuned to produce 26bhp of power at 8000rpm and 30Nm of torque at 5500rpm. The motor comes paired to a 6-speed gearbox and is capable of hitting a top speed of 155 km/h (claimed). Suspension duties are performed by USD forks and a rear monoshock setup, while braking performance comes from dual disc brakes from J.Juan.

The Mojo has been an ambitious offering from Mahindra and certainly makes the cut as far as performance and touring ability is concerned. The bike however, could do with a lighter chassis, not to mention the addition of ABS. The latter was expected to arrive this year. However, it now seems we can expect the the Mahindra Mojo ABS to arrive only in 2017.
Meanwhile, Mahindra is now working to incorporate the Peugeot two wheelers and the recently acquired BSA motorcycles to its automotive family. Brand Mojo nevertheless, will remain the mainstay for the company, as it plans to take the premium route and will form the basis for newer motorcycles from Mahindra.
