Throughout time snails have been a staple source of protein. In many regions today Land snails are valued as a delicacy. In this video I demonstrate a method of cooking escargot, previously harvested and prepared ready for the process.
In a real survival situation you may or may not have the herbs in your area still the important part is in the preparation. My hope was to try and get a feel for it should the occasion arise. (and have some fun)
