A fully decked out Tifa absolutely destroys this event because she gets past the main boss gimmick.

In General: You can pretty safely spam skills. Don't go to crazy with them in case something goes wrong.

Wave 1: Have Barret use a grenade shot, and Maria use a proper shot. Just have Tifa Brv and HP attack for now.

Wave 2: Have Maria use an arrow rain. It's fine if she gets paralyzed, the break bonus should let the other members wipe out the other with basic HP attacks.

Wave 3: Finally, have Tifa use a battle cry. Don't use too many beat rushes here, try to use a basic HP attack once. The other two can start using their skills more.

Wave 4: Just use brave attacks here. Maria can battery enough to clear em out.

Wave 5: The real meat and potatoes. Honestly, just prioritise not getting broken. The next priority is spamming skills. If they retreat into their shell, Tifa can shave 30,000 brv. She really makes them not scary at all. Just send your next beat rush their way. The best time to bring out Agrias is when they're both in their shell, because her silence shuts down their next attack. Be careful in the summon with Tifa, her Max brave actually gets too high to trigger the HP attack by herself. It might be better to swap out Barret since Maria can battery a little.
