Beef and Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients:
Two pounds of beef
One package of premade coleslaw mix
5 tablespoons of coconut aminos
1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
3 tablespoons of clean ingredient sriracha
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
One bunch of green onions for garnishing

Steps:
Prepare the stir fry sauce first. In a small bowl stir together the coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil, sriracha, and coconut sugar. Set the sauce aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic. Cook the beef until browned.
Add the pre-made coleslaw mix to the skillet and continue to stir and cook until the cabbage is slightly wilted (or fully wilted, if you prefer). Stir in the prepared sauce
Serve with rice and garnish with green onions.
