Quand il s'agit de prendre une décision, on a du mal à ignorer les dépenses passées...et pourtant on devrait ! Notre incapacité à faire abstraction des coûts irrécupérables est un biais cognitif qui nous fait faire tout un tas d'erreurs de jugement...même quand on nous a prévenu !
