Be sure to watch this in Theater Mode or full screen. Sundown is a magical time of day. The sunsets and rainbows in Maui are some of my favorite treats. They are nature's present to the world and they are always new and a beautiful end to another great day in Maui. I always smile when I see people lined up in the beach taking pictures of the sunset. Here are just a few from our most recent trip. I will probably make this a continuing series as the sunsets and rainbows are always worth sharing. Filming them with the drone was also fun for me. The shimmering light on the water was cool as I zoomed low across the surface and then up for a panorama shot looking down. The islands in the distance are Molokai (on the right) and Lanai (on the left). I try to capture them in my photos as they turn orange and purple.

Trivia Notes:

2. We call the small rock just off the shoreline (2:35) Turtle Rock because you can always find turtles over there in the late afternoon.
