Ingredients 材料
農莊排骨王700克、芋头400克、去皮熟栗子150克、MAZOLA玉米油(油炸用)、MAZOLA太阳花油1汤匙、粟粉½茶匙+清水2汤匙(勾芡)
700g LONG FARM Spare Ribs King, 400g yam, 150g roasted & peeled chestnuts, MAZOLA Corn Oil (for deep frying), 1 Tbsp MAZOLA Sunflower Oil, ½ tsp corn flour+2 Tbsp water (for thickening)
混合 栗粉1杯、生粉2汤匙、蛋黄粉1汤匙
Combined 1 cup corn flour, 2 Tbsp potato starch, 1 Tbsp custard powder

Marinade 腌料
鸡蛋1颗、小苏打粉1茶匙、绍兴花雕酒1汤匙、胡椒粉½茶匙、盐½茶匙
1 egg, 1 tsp bicarbonate soda, 1 Tbsp Shao Xing Hua Tiao wine, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp salt

Sauces 酱汁
混合 李锦记海鲜酱1汤匙、李锦记旧庄特级蚝油1汤匙、李锦记特级鲜味生抽1汤匙、黄糖1汤匙、清水1杯
Combined 1 Tbsp LEE KUM KEE Hoisin Sauce, 1 Tbsp LEE KUM KEE
Premium Brand Oyster Sauce, 1 Tbsp LEE KUM KEE Selected Light Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp soft brown sugar, 1 cup water
