Hanna Nitrate Tester | Should you buy it?

HI781 Marine Nitrate Low Range Colorimeter for Marine (Salt) Water is the newest checker by Hanna Instruments. I go over the product and give my opinion on if I think it is worth buying it.
It can measure to a hundredth of a ppm (.01) for levels from of a 0-5 ppm of nitrate and give a digital read out.
