Do you know the standard of our inspection and how do we make #soundquality assured for #clients?

As this #soundmodule is mainly for #babybooks, it should be strict at sound volume, perfect housing and nice sound quality to assure that children can be safe and happy with it.

Here is our main inspection steps after mass production with finished package. 👇 👇 👇

👂 1. Take 2 sound modules together and check the sticker, housing, mainly for color, pictures clearness and any defect of housing, like short molding, flashing, back dot, scratch and so on. #injection #moldings
👂 2. After the #plastichousing is nice, and then we will shake the sound module to check whether there is anything else loosen or staying inside.
👂 3. And then we will turn on the switch, and check all sounds with our pre-production sample whether all sound files are correct with client's desire.
👂 4. Meanwhile, we will listen to each song or voice to check whether there is any defective noise, like bad sound quality of vibration voice and so on, which is not accepted in the market.
👂 5. If all housing, sound quality and stickers are same with the sample, and then we will send it to be packed again, and then available for shipment.
