Recently I watched an interesting and amazing story narrated by the best motivational speaker, Sandeep Maheshwari. I found it so inspiring and thought to share the same story with you all.

There was a painting competition being held worldwide and the winner would be awarded a 10 billion dollar. A lot of amazing artists from different countries were taking part in this competition, As this was the biggest art competition being held media was also covering this and the theme was to depict peace in their painting.

All the Artists painted beautiful peaceful scenery, one better than the other amazing, brilliant paintings. It was very difficult for the jury members to select the best painting out of all, they finally select one painting and announced a painting. (image of the painting is provided on top), Everyone was shocked as this painting was full of dust raising the ground and thunderstorms and dark clouds. All the artists were angry and curious to know the reason behind selecting this image. The judge then said a beautiful reason.

He said everyone noticed the disaster in the picture but look closer there is a hut and inside the hut, there is an old man who is staring out of the window, he had a soft smile on his face. That's the meaning of silence though a lot of things are happening around him, but he is calm and knows everything will be fine with time. peaceful scenery which the majority of them drew were telling about the external peace but the real meaning of silence is being calm and peaceful internally.
