Cooking a delicious concoctions withe fruits from the forests of northern iran.

One an autumn day , together withe our family's, we decided to go to the forest to pick one of the most delicious forest fruits so that we can make pickles frome this delicious fruit to make local dishes delicious.
To cook this pickle, first, a large amount of these fruits is boiled on a fire stove, and then the whole nectar of this fruit is taken, and at the end, after removing the water from the fruit, it is boiled for a long time until the water thickens and becomes colored. It turns black.
We use this delicious pickle as a sauce in most of our local dishes. You will see an example of the use of this pickle in the video, and you can see how healthy and delicious this dish is.
