7 colours of the rainbow, 7 doors, 7 swans a' swimming,
7 days a week, 7 notes on a musical scale...
7, that's the number!
7 little chipmunks, twirling on a branch,
Eating lotsa sunflowers, on my Uncle's ranch...
You know that old Tibetan Monk's chant from the mountains...
It's like you're meditating on gorgonzola but it's clearly brie time baby!

So step onto the beach....you're meditating.

Breathe. Deep.
Let the waves wash over you and clear your thoughts.
Let this day be peaceful and calm.
Let this day bring great joy.
Let this day be a day of great abundance.
Let this day bring unexpected prosperity.
Let this day bring new insights and understandings.
Let this day be filled with love.
This is my day.
This is a good day.
It is a new day.
This is one of the best days I've ever had.
This is a day of new beginnings.
