What are the Takt, Lead and Cycle Time metrics?

When producing goods or services for your clients alongside the Kanban method, there are several ways to calculate how well you meet their demand.
Takt time is the total available working time divided by the number of units that a customer demands.
Cycle time measures how long it takes for an item to move from in-progress to done.
Lead time is the time between when the customer makes their request and when it is delivered to them.
